Yogic Sleep:
Wednesdays 8:30-9:15pm

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a form of meditation that takes us just to the brink of falling asleep…or puts us to sleep entirely depending on how tired we are. It’s a full switch on of the parasympathetic–rest and repair–nervous system.

Cozy Restorative Yoga: Thursdays 6:45pm-7:45pm

Grab some pillows and blankets, and come relax with us! Restorative Yoga is designed to help you tap into your body’s natural healing system–the parasympathetic nervous system. We’ll move gently for the first half of the class, and then spend the last half of class resting in restorative poses, supported by pillows, bolsters, blocks and blankets.

Super-Slow Flow:
Fridays 10:30-11:30am

Finish the week strong with this mindful yoga flow. We move deliberately and always with a mindset of curiosity, as we work to increase our strength and mobility as well as flexibility.

Morning Movement:
Mondays 10-10:30am (Coming in October)

Join us for this gentle yoga class as we practice being present in the body and reconnecting with the breath, preparing ourselves–body and mind–for the week ahead.

Morning Meditation:

Start your week off right with this short, beginner-friendly meditation. We’ll get centered, maybe set an intention, and just take a moment to feel good!

Yoga Dance—Strengthen and Lengthen:
Fridays 6-7pm (Coming in November)

No dance experience required! In this class, we’ll get the heart rate up with some indoor walking set to music, tone the whole body with Pilates- and Barre-inspired movements, and dance our way through a yoga sequence set to a song from our weekly playlist. Each week has a different playlist theme, such as 90’s, Rock, and Queen! Join us for a good time and a great workout.

In this weekly class, we will move through a fluid, gentle yoga practice that is safe and supportive for every phase of the menstrual cycle, whether you’re looking to conceive or dealing with uncomfortable cycle-related symptoms.
