Cozy Restorative Yoga: Thursdays 6:45pm-7:45pm
Grab some pillows and blankets, and come relax with us! Restorative Yoga is designed to help you tap into your body’s natural healing system–the parasympathetic nervous system. We’ll move gently for the first half of the class, and then spend the last half of class resting in restorative poses, supported by pillows, bolsters, blocks and blankets.
Yoga Dance—Strengthen and Lengthen:
Fridays 6-7pm (Coming in November)
No dance experience required! In this class, we’ll get the heart rate up with some indoor walking set to music, tone the whole body with Pilates- and Barre-inspired movements, and dance our way through a yoga sequence set to a song from our weekly playlist. Each week has a different playlist theme, such as 90’s, Rock, and Queen! Join us for a good time and a great workout.
